Je pensais devoir racheter une ps5...que nenni! Tout le contraire d'un SAV de grande marque: disponible, rapide, pas cher, communique et trouve une solution

Etant passé chez un autre réparateur auparavant qui m'avait annoncé que ma switch était fichue, lui a prit le temps d'examiner la console et a trouvé la panne qui n'était que le connecteur de charge à changer, depuis elle charge parfaitement et refonctionne comme son premier jour

Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Personne très compétente, passionnée de retrogaming et à l’écoute. Il a remplacé les condensateurs de ma Game Gear avec un travail impeccable. La console fonctionne désormais parfaitement. Intervention très rapide, communication au top et beaucoup de sérieux. C’est agréable de confier son matériel à quelqu’un qui connaît aussi bien ces consoles anciennes. Encore merci pour ce travail de qualité !

Incredible work. Super quick, efficient, skilled, and friendly. I got my switch modded with a modchip and it was well worth the money. Arnaud walked me through the process, kept me in the loop, and sent me constant updates and pictures.

Also wanted to add that due to a mishap on MondialRelays part, my switch was lost in transit on the way back. I don't speak much french and had written off the console as lost. But Arnaud kept in touch with them on my behalf, called them, tracked it, etc. and eventually I got my switch delivered in perfect condition. Nothing but good words for him, 10/10 you can't go wrong with him 😁
